I knew very little about mortgages prior to meeting Vikki, and despite asking many ridiculous questions I was never made to feel silly.
Very flexible in regards to organising opportunistic face-to-face meetings, ie coming to the airport and Fremantle.
Always seemed to remember exactly who I was and details of my scenario.
