In the next couple of weeks, I will be the proud owner of a property in Western Australia. The first person to whom I am and would always be grateful is ‘Raj’, my Mortgage Broker from Good Life Finance.
The first time on which I talked to Raj was on the 10th January 2022. I came to know him while doing an internet browse about the best Mortgage brokers in the areas of Ellenbrook, Caversham, Dayton and Brabham.
I personally believe that having made contact with Raj, was one of the best decision I could have made in relation to my dream plan of getting my own house.
Since Day1, Raj has been very supportive and provided lots of advice and guidance throughout the whole finance process. I recently approached Raj (Mortgage Broker at Good Life Finance) to look into the possibility of refinancing my Owner Occupied Mortgage. My previous Lender was charging me a very high interest rate on a loan amount of around $390k.
After doing his research and organising a couple of free valuation for my property, Raj was able to get me a Lender which will save me a massive amount of nearly $590 per month on interest. My loan was settled today.
