He was able to understand how stressful the situation we found ourselves in was, and he showed not only empathy but genuine concern for what we had been through. He worked efficiently and thoroughly, the whole time keeping in touch with us to let us know we were still a priority. His positive nature is exactly what we needed in a time where we had lost a lot of hope and were totally dismayed with the banking world. This man redeemed the whole industry and if only every person in finance had a little bit of what Gary has; the world would be a much nicer place. He had a realistic approach and never let us feel that we were on our own. He maintained his professionalism while still having a humble down to earth nature that endears him to the every day person.. This man is considerate of not only stressful situations but he understands the anguish that plays up when the world seems bleak.
What an asset he is. We have already recommended him to others that are going through similar refinancing situations that we had to endure.
