Al W - May 15, 2026Erik was an outstanding mortgage broker throughout the entire process. He was always prompt in responding, incredibly informative, and genuinely helpful every step of the way!! He took the time to explain everything clearly via video conference, answered all my questions patiently, and made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and straightforward.
I also ran into some issues with the bank registration process, but Erik stayed on top of the bank manager the entire time to help get everything resolved as quickly as possible. His persistence, professionalism, and dedication really stood out and gave me confidence throughout the process.
I highly recommend Erik to anyone looking for a reliable, knowledgeable, and trustworthy mortgage broker.

It is very financially difficult to buy anywhere in Sydney, especially as a single buyer, so I was glad to have the help of an expert who took the time to work through all of my options with me to ensure that I got the best result. He was very adaptable during the process as I explored a number of different options.
I found the application process to be convoluted at times, and stressful on top of my busy work schedule, so it was very useful to know that Erik would be keeping track of the process.

Right from the beginning when we first made contact, Erik was so encouraging and knowledgeable presenting us with better home loan rates. We had 3 other pre-approved home loans from 3 different banks before we were introduced to Erik, but Erik’s options were fair better than we’ve got. We were in a bit of stress as we secured already our home, paid the deposit and we agreed on a short settlement – 4 weeks only and more than that there was the Easter break and Anzac public holidays within these 4 weeks. Erik ensured us everything is going to be ok and his energy and patience were amazing throughout the whole application process; he was directing us to the next step, keeping us informed of everything and explaining every single step and detail. Very happy and highly recommend Erik's services.
