David Ham founded the Mortgage Australia Group Pty Ltd in 2000 as an individual Mortgage Broker, working from home. Since then he has built his business to settle over $4 Billion in home loans.

He is also the author of ˜The 7 Easy Steps to Mortgage Freedom“, a book purpose written to help Mortgage Brokers generate new home loan clients, increase repeat and referral business, and most importantly, to build professional referral relationships that actually produce consistent referrals.

David entered the Mortgage industry differently to most. He had no banking or finance experience, but instead had an Honours Degree in Psychology from the University of Western Australia and had completed the coursework of the Masters of Organisational Psychology from Curtin University.

David holds the following academic and finance qualifications and accreditations:

  • Settled over $4 Billion in Home Loans (and hundreds of millions more each year)
  • Certified Mentor with the Mortgage and Finance Association of Australia.
  • Australian Credit License number 377294.
