Jaspreet whilst working undertook a course in mortgage broking, and I recommended his services to my daughter to assist with purchasing a property. He secured a good rate for the loan and advised my daughter, that if she purchased a property for investment, it will increase the amount she could borrow.
Mr. Singh, outlined various scenarios for borrowing to purchase as a home owner and investor, and the lending rates by the banks. My daughter was happy with his knowledge and his attention to detail and prompt response to questions she had. He tailored his response in an easy to read and understand documents and her options. His approach helped my daughter to grasp the concepts as a first-time borrower, and it helped her learning.
My daughter was very pleased with Jaspreet’s knowledge and understanding in finance broking, and he helped her to secure an investment loan at a competitive rate, to purchase her first investment property.
